The idea of the organization created finds fullest expression in Bogdan Janski words: "What does most good is the love, not the sensibility of notions". And that is the foundation on which we rest. Our action is friendship with a disabled person, the friendship to which we intend to remain faithful. The concern about our friend display in many areas, one of which is a spiritual life. WBM is an evangelical organization based on the principles of the Gospel, from which it derives inspiration to live in the truth. However, neither of spiritual needs can be realized when the essential ones, such as warmth and food remain unsatisfied. That is why each of the 4 centres that comprise the unity (Kraków, Bytom, Poznan, Nowy Tomysl) appoints supply services watching over its financial existence. With this end in view Fundacja Burego Misia has been created. First of all, we try to support the maintaining of Osada Burego Misia which is the heart of the whole community and since 1992 has also been designed for a permanent centre for those of our friends who have lost their relatives. The founder of the WBM is a bachelor of The Order of Smile, Czeslaw Marchewicz, the Priest, commonly known as Kuba. In 1984 Kuba held the first camp which, from that point, takes place at the Osada. As the year goes on, each of the centers named above, runs its own activity. But the expressions "community" has in store much more meanings: one's personal contact with Bury Mis, Friendships connecting the parents of the children, who share similar concerns and joys, tea parties of young people who promised their friendship to Bury Mis, and who are called Bury Niedzwiedz. It also means all the experiences and bonds formed due to our participation in the community's life. It is just like Kuba says: "every time I try put in order all what the community is (...), I see I would have to retire to make it. There is always something new that has not been a part of community life so far".
